Return Policy:

We want to make sure you love your purchase, but if you need to return something, here’s what you need to know:

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. After 30 days, all sales are considered final.

To start a return, email us at support@thewrap.life. Once you receive a return label (RMA) from our return portal, you’ll have 21 days to send the items back. Please note that the $4.75 flat rate shipping fee is non-refundable. If you’d like us to provide a return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund. You also have the option to use your own label, but be sure to send us your order number, the item being returned, and the tracking number to ensure smooth processing.

Returned items must be in their original condition to receive a refund to your original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
